Nothing Has Changed: Suella Braverman

Almost a week on from the devastating defeat piled upon the Tories we have seen most mainstream party members keeping to themselves.
One of the notable exceptions is Suella Braverman. She managed to keep hold of her seat although her majority was reduced by almost 50%.
In what some are calling a "soft launch" leadership bid, Braverman appeared in front of the Pop Con (Popular conservative) UK "Beginning the rebuild" conference on the 9th of July 2024.
Braverman, a former UK Home Secretary who had to resign for sending confidential government documents to the Gmail account of an MPs wife (or something. I am not googling it just yet), was reappointed to the same role and then sacked, appears in a recorded speech as she was in Washington D.C as she was a keynote speaker at the National Conservatism conference in the United States.
I have not colour corrected or edited the way she looks in this video - they literally filmed her recorded speech on a projection screen because feeding that directly into the live stream wasn't a thing I guess 🤷
But have the Conservatives learned anything from their massive election loss?
