Your girl has been greatly enjoying the 75 Hard challenge.  I definitely recommend it for anyone looking to take control of their time. Let me know if you give it a try :)

75 Hard Rules:
1. No Alcohol
2. Workout 2x a day for 45 min (one has to be outside)
3. Follow a meal plan (no cheating)
4. Drink a gallon of water
5. Read 10 pages of a book
6. Take a progress picture everyday
