Hello viewers, today I will be Teach You How to Create Glowing Effect in Photoshop
Start by opening the image you want to apply the glowing effect to in Photoshop.
Select Any Selection Tool Would You Like Click to Select the Area as you Want Hold Alt to Deselect
Duplicate the Image press Ctrl + J for Window or Command + J on Mac.
Right Click the Image Layer then Select Convert to Smart Object.
then Blending Mode Select Normal to Screen.
Select Filter then Blur then Gaussian Blur and adjust the radius would you Like. Then Duplicate the Layer or Repeat Same Process In 2 time more Like This.
then Group the Gaussian Blur layers.
Now Choose Select Then Select Subject Then Select the Area as You Want then Duplicate the Image press Ctrl + J for Window or Command + J on Mac.
Now Select Color Lookup Then Select the Moonlight 3D LUT preset.
The darker blue coloring isn't applied to the layer.
Blending Mode Select Normal to Overlay.
Select the Hue and Saturation then adjustment layer like this.
then Select Exposure then Adjust Like this.
Then Hold Ctrl + Click on Hand Layer then Select Solid Color Then Select to Related Glow Color.
Then Select Blending Mode Normal to Linear Burn
Then open then Gaussian Blur layers Group or Duplicate then Gaussian Blur Layer
Now Complete the Glowing Effect.
