1 Kg of Beef Leg Meat
300 G of Tail Fat
Ingredients For The Sauce :
1 Piece of Dried Onion
1 Tea Cup of Milk
Half a Tea Cup of Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Ground Rock Salt
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Ingredients for the Salad :
2 Pieces of dried onion
1 Demey Parsley
1 Piece of Tomato
2 Teaspoons of Sumac
1 Teaspoon of Chili Powder
** Do not forget to cook the meat in a frying pan while cooking in a hot pan, let your pan be hot..!
