Chocolate Ganache may sound fancy but it is very easy to make. You will only need 2 ingredients in making this lovely, rich, creamy and perfectly smooth chocolate ganache. Great for filling and frosting cakes and cupcakes. You can also use this as a glaze for your donuts and other desserts.
* Ratios in making ganache may vary according to your preference or use. You may use 2:1 ratio (2 parts chocolate : 1 part cream) if you want thicker ganache.
INGREDIENTS:
8 oz. heavy cream/ whipping cream
8 oz. semisweet chocolate / chips
