Samsung Galaxy J2 Pro is
Samsung Galaxy J2 Pro is a much-needed upgrade to the recently launched Galaxy J2 6 with augmented RAM and storage capacities. The Galaxy J2 2016 brought in a refreshed design with Smart Glow LED ring and an AMOLED display, but just 3.9GB internal storage available for users was a crippling factor, even when parts of apps could be moved to SD card.
The TST or Turbo Speed Technology proactively cleans RAM, but that isn't always an alternative for more RAM. A 2GB RAM chip in J2 Pro (33 percent increase) should help. Other aspects remain same as the Galaxy J2.
You will find a 1.5GHz Spreadtrum chipset, 8MP rear camera, 5MP selfie shooter, dual micro sim, Bluetooth v4.1,GPS,Glonass,Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and a 2600 mAh battery.
The Android Marshmallow based TouchWiz OS also includes J series innovations like SBike mode and UDS (ultra data saving mode by Opera Max) that now also skims Music streaming data.
The Smart Glow notification light that engulfs the rear camera module is more of a design element than utility. In practical use you will seldom see it glowing, but it does look cool when it actually glows. You can customize it to radiate customized colors for different apps and contacts as well ( up to 4).
