Instant tomato pickle. This pickle is prepared instantly and can be stored for one year easily. Tomato pickle can be served with chapati, parathe or any rice recipe।

Ingredients:-

Tomato    - 1 kg
Ginger      -  100 gram
garlic        - 150 gram
green chilli - 100 gram
Mustard oil- 200 to 300 ml
mustard seeds - 2 tea spoon
Red Chilli    - 5
Curry leaf   -
hing            - 1/2 teaspoon
turmeric powder- 1 teaspoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder- 1 & 1/2 tsp
salt             - 3 teaspoon
vinegar      -  1/2 cup
