Join me as I eat some delicious Hyderabadi style Pathar ka Gosht with  Shabnam Dehlvi, winner of Dipya Cook for Kunal Contest. I also enjoyed some lip smacking dishes prepared by the host like the chicken kulfi, parda biryani.

Recipe

Serve: - 4
Pre.Timing: - 45min
Course: - Non-Veg starter

Ingredients.: -      

 1kilograms flattened lamb
 cut into strips lamb or parched
 1 cup hung curd
 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
 10 finely crushed green chilly
 1 tablespoon crushed to paste green papaya
 2 teaspoon ghee /oil
 Salt as required

Method: -

1. Take a bowl and mix beaten lamb or parched pieces with curd. Add garam masala, crushed green chilies, papaya paste with milk (option)and salt. Mix the ingredients well and keep it aside to marinate for overnight or 2-3 hrs atleast.
2. Now, take a large stone or sill and heat it by burning live charcoal below it. Once it is hot, put the marinated meat pieces on it and sprinkle ghee /oil on meat.
3. Cook and turn the meat pieces until it turns soft juicy and brown in color. Once cooked, garnish with green chutney, onions and lemon wedges. Serve hot 🔥
