Odisha Govt Announces 10% Quota । Recruitment Of 16,519 Junior Teachers । Low Pressure Over BoB Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has announced a 10 per cent reservation for Agniveers of Odisha who are not absorbed in the defence services. About 17,761 teacher posts are lying vacant in Primary and Upper Primary schools across the State while 16,519 teachers will be recruited to fill up the vacant posts soon, said School & Mass Education Minister Nityananda Gond in Odisha Assembly. In view of the low pressure over the North Bay of Bengal, the Odisha Special Relief Commissioner (SRC) has directed the Collectors of 13 districts to take all necessary preparedness measures beforehand to mitigate the effects.
