Spirit Hover Reference (bombchu hovers)

Reference for Bingo/routes where all hovers are bombchus. Steps with more details below:

Getting off the ground
- Get ISG (best from guay to be able to kill it as late as possible so it doesn't mess you up in the early part of the hover, can also hover off the guay to save/avoid using bombs)
- Go near staircase and target wall
- Shield drop bomb, sidehop right, flick shield to neutral roll once
- Shield and backflip before bomb explosion (can count 3 steps of link's feet before backflipping)

First half of hover and camera unlock:
- 5 chu hovers, unlock camera by targeting chu at some point after first hover (to buffer camera unlock: buffer one frame dropping the chu with R, one frame backflipping with A + R, one frame targeting with Z + R when you see the green arrow) (this isn't so bad unbuffered once you get a rhythm, and you have multiple attempts)
- Once you unlock camera DO NOT press target or you'll need to unlock again
- Turn around (one way is to roll then hold down, alternative is to hold up left/right then down after a frame of neutral)

Second half of hover:
- 4/5 more chu hovers (depends on initial height)
- Be careful of guay (can hold down + shield in 3rd person hookshot to look/kill if it gets nearby, if you do the hovers reasonably fast can avoid needing to wait but you want to be in the second half of the hover before guay respawns/aggros since it'll hit you if you're facing the other way)

Getting on the seam and to the Silver Gauntlets:
- Roll to get out of hookshot 3rd person
- Unequip hover boots
- Backflip to land on lip below seam, one ess left
- Backflip again to land on seam
- Navigate up seam (not all the way or your view will be blocked)
- Hookshot Silver Gauntlets chest

Getting over to Mirror Shield hand:
- Optional: Enter load for safety (can die if you fall down or run out of explosives to reload at top again)
- Superslide/HESS across (equip hover boots after getting superslide/HESS)
- Jumpslash to land on Mirror Shield platform (don't hold a direction during jumpslash)
- Go slightly in and out to spawn the chest

For GSR/when you need to do bomb hovers:
- Hold down, take out bomb, count for two of link's breaths and shielddrop + backflip at the end of Link's second breath.
