This dessert is always a
This dessert is always a hit at home, i have made this meringue cake many times so I can assire this is a good recipe.
Ingredients
4 large (120 grams) egg whites, at room temperature
1/2 teaspoon (2 grams) cream of tartar
1 cup (200 grams) superfine white (castor) sugar
1/2 teaspoon (2 grams) pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon (3 grams) white distilled vinegar
1/2 tablespoon (5 grams) cornstarch
For the toppings just whipcream and anu fruits you like.
