Saffron - Small pinkish flower in the Kindlewastes. Needed for Spice and str food.
Wheat - Wheat. Found in the Nomand Highlands on a farm marked on the map in the video. Needed for str and con food.
Aloe - Needed for healing recipes and spells. Nomand Highlands
Grapple Plant - +5 spirt food. Found in the Kindlewastes on the farm marked on the map.
Red Mushroom - Healing applications and con food. Found in the first zone.
Forest Beet - Found on farms in the Revelwood. Needed for dex and con food.
Bell Pepper - Found in the Nomand Highlands. Found in the northwestern corner of the nomand highlands or on farms. Needed for dex and con food.
Corncob - Found on farms in the first zone. Needed for dex food.
Tomato - Found on farms in the first zone. Needed for dex food.
Rooibos - grows everywhere in the nomad highlands. green bushes with yellow flowers. needed for spice.
Desert Flower - needed for spice. grows everywhere in the desert. Sad bushes with yellow flowers.
Chamomile - Everywhere in the revelwood. needed for a a lot of healing recipes and health potions as well as spice.
Azure Russula - mana pots and int food. Found in all kinds of caves starting in the revelwoods.
Purple Berries - first zone. needed for health pots.
Sage Leaves - needed for the eternal healing spells. nomand highlands, grows on the outskirts of the zone. looks like purple flowers or indigo in the revel woods.
Honey - healing recipes. gather all the honey you find. Later craft beehives.
