Rosh is simple, unique and very delicious legacy of Baluchistan, KPK and neighbouring Afghanistan. Making is sooo Simple. But you will love the results.
1 kg Mutton/Lamb Recipe:
Mutton/lamb 1 kg (With good amount of fat)
Ghee/ Melted butter 50 grams 3-4Tbsp
Onion 2 medium (cut half)
Garlic 8-10 Cloves
Potato 2 Large
Green chillies 4-5 medium
Salt 1 1/2 Tsp
Black pepper pods 6-7 small pods
Water 1.5 litre
1. Add all the ingredients in a stock pot or any pot.
2. Seal tightly with aluminium foil and put rubber on it if lid of pot is not tight enough.
3. Cook on lowest flame for about 2.5-3 hours.
4. Then open and voila! Very tasty and healthy dish is here.
You can also seal pot with flour dough on edges… or just simply put it in pressure cooker. But the taste will be better on cooking slow.
