• २ कप पाणी
• २ चमचे चहा पावडर
• ३ चमचे साखर
• १/२ चमचा चहा मसाला
• १ कप दूध

Let’s make chahacha masala and masala chana using it. With monsoon round the corner having tea becomes a ritual. Masala tea in a rainy evening is like cherry on the cake. Here is easy and simple recipe of chaha masala and masala chai. This masala is a treat for chaha lovers. We are making it at home!! You can use this masala for making kadha. Ingredients:
• 50 gm / 1/2 cup Cardamom
• 10 gm / 1 tbsp black Peppercorns
• 10 gm dried Ginger
• 5 gm Cinnamon
• 5 gm Cloves
• 1/4 Nutmeg
• 2 gm Mulethi (Optional)
• 2 gm Ashwagandha (Optional)
• 2 cups Water
• 2 tsp Chaha powder
• 3 tsp Sugar
• 1/2 tsp Chaha masala
• 1 cup Milk
Method:
• Pound dry ginger well in mortar and pestle and add cinnamon, mulethi, and ashwagandha. Pound
it as fine as possible.
• Adding mulethi and ashwagandha is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
• Transfer the mixture into a blender jar and add peppercorns, nutmeg, cloves and cardamom.
• Blend it well together into fine powder in mixer and chaha masala is ready.
• Store this chana in an air tight container at room temperature.
• It has shelf life of about 2-3 months.
• For making chaha, heat up water in a pan and add chaha powder and sugar.
• Simmer the mixture really good and add chaha masala.
• Boil the chaha well and add milk.
• Boil the chaha really good and strain it. Masala chana is ready.

Here is easy and simple recipe of chaha masala and masala chai. This masala is a treat for chaha lovers. We are making it at home!! You can use this masala for making kadha. Ingredients:
• 50 gm / 1/2 cup Cardamom
• 10 gm / 1 tbsp black Peppercorns
• 10 gm dried Ginger
• 5 gm Cinnamon
• 5 gm Cloves
