Homemade 'Froyo' Frozen yogurt | wa's Kitchen

This recipe shows you how to make a frozen yogurt at home. You probably need a compressor ice cream maker, but it's well worth it, trust me! I use a bit of vanilla, you can look at the detailed recipe for this one and many others on my website :

We use a Cuisinart ICE 100 (https://amzn.to/2Su0ctI) but any other similar compressor machine will do.

Ingredients
- 400g greek yogurt
- 150g milk
- 50g heavy cream/whipping cream
- 90g white sugar
- 30g glucose powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla syrup - (optional)

On vous monte ice comment faire un yaourt glacé. Le mieux c'est d'utiliser une turbine à glace si vous pouvez. Je vous assure que ca vaut le coup. Ici je mets un peu de vanille. N'hésitez pas a allez voir la recette en detail pour cette glace et beaucoup d'autres sur mon site :
