Chicken Kabsa is an Arabian Dish. In the last few years, it has been very popular in India too. It is a whole chicken recipe which is served with special rice also called as "Kabsa Rice". Kabsa is made in the oven but in this video, I have shown the full recipe of chicken kabsa that too without use of oven/microwave. Please watch the full video for complete recipe.

Ingredients:
whole chicken 1.25 kg
rice 750 gms

For roasting and grinding:
coriander powder 1 tbsp
cumin seeds 1 tsp
dal chini 4(1 inch)
green cardimum 10 pcs
cloves 10 pcs
javitri/mace 1 blade
badiya/ star anis 2 pcs

For Frying :
cashew 25 pcs
almonds 25 pcs
kishmish 2 tbsp

For whole use :
bay leaves 2-3 pcs
green cardimum 4 pcs
cloves 4 pcs
black pepper 1 tsp
onion 1 big
tomato 2 big
lemon 2 pcs
dry lemon 1 pc
green chillies 5-6

water 6 glasses

Salt to taste
ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
pure ghee 100 gms
