How to make a Fudgy & Chewy Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies.....

you need:

1 ½ cup white sugar
3 medium eggs
½ cup oil
1 tsp Vanilla
4 tsp Red food color ( add more if needed)
1 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp milk
3 ¼ Cup all purpose flour
⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
¾ cup powdered sugar ( for coating)

Bake into 180°C - 10 to 12 minutes
Some Tips while making the Crinkles,
-Chill overnight para Mas maganda ang dough -mabilis po dapat kau mgwork sa pagbilog para di bumagsak ang dough at hindi malusaw agad ang sugar icing (lalo na pag mainit sa work place),
*If you only have 1 pan make sure na ibalik sa fridge ang dough while waiting na maluto ang 1st batch.. 😊
