My Plan to Buy Bitcoin before 2024 Halving

Here is my plan to buy more Bitcoin before its halving cycle in 2024. I already have some BTC with avg price around 21K. I will dollar cost average as it goes down further to 13K level. IF NOT, I will just wait for the 32K level to consistently invest for its so called "commodity" by head of SEC Gary Gensler.
