With Patch 1.15 we don't actually see any change in cards being balanced, as LoR is approaching its first competitive tournament and new expansion which will definitely shake the meta on its own.
As a result of this most of the meta didn't change, altough it is still evolving and deck win rates are constantly increasing and decreasing.
