Hello Everyone!

Lemon Bars are a treat that we like to enjoy all year long, and with having a lemon tree right in our backyard whipping up a batch takes no time. I hope you and your family enjoy this recipe as much as my friends and family have.

Lemon Bars
Crust:
2 C. Flour
1/2 C. Powder Sugar
1 C. Soft Butter (I use salted butter). If using unsalted butter add a dash of salt.
Bake Crust in a 9x13 pan @350 degrees 12-15 minutes. Let crust cool before adding filling.

Filling:
4 Large Eggs
1/4 C. All- Purpose Unbleached Flour
2 C. Granulated Sugar
1 T. Lemon Zest
6 T. Fresh Lemon Juice (about 2-3 lemons)

Bake lemon bars @350 degrees 25-30 minutes. Lemon bars should be set and golden brown around edges and on top.
