FarCry 1 Any% speedrun in 38:22 [Former World Record]

This was an offline run.
For those who wonder - During loading screens, yes it is glitching out because of alt-tabbing during loading screens. I play the game on fullscreen and have only 1 monitor which means I have to alt-tab to see my timer.
Last world record holder - le kolega, you should definitely check out his old world record.
Run was close to perfection, but RNG really as we know it decided to not give the absolute perfect run.
Main time losses were in these levels:
Regulator - 12 seconds
Boat - ~20 seconds
Catacombs - 5 seconds
Swamp - ~8 seconds
Dam - ~7 seconds
Volcano - ~7 seconds
Best run possible could be something like 37:3X. which means sub38 is definitely doable at this moment and I am pretty sure someone of this community will eventually reach this milestone.
For a 37 now it's gonna be difficult to fight against my gold splits.
