This is the recipe for "Egg Sand" by funstaurant Ryu Soo-young
This is a super simple version of the egg mayo sandwich that is made without boiling eggs.
The point is an egg cloud salad with a fantastic texture of vegetables and crab sticks in soft egg mayo!!





■ ingredients for cooking

Morning bread, jam, 4 eggs, 4 crab sticks,

1/3 cucumber, 1/4 onion, 3T vinegar, 4T sugar, mayonnaise, 4T salt, 1 slice cheddar cheese



■ Recipe


1. Slice 1/4 onions and 1/3 cucumbers thinly with a chopping knife.
2. Put sliced cucumbers and onions in a bowl and pickle 3T of vinegar and 2T of sugar.
3. Cut crab sticks into thick slices to make them easy to eat.
4. Squeeze the pickled cucumber onions as hard as possible to remove the moisture and shred the ingredients so that they are not too big.
※ Don't throw away the pickles and leave them!
5. Put 1 turn of cooking oil in a frying pan, add 4 eggs, stir them over medium heat, and cook them.
※ Turn on the heat and add the eggs right away!
※ Beat the eggs as soon as you add them so that they don't clump together!
6. When the egg is moist, turn off the heat and tear 1T of sugar, 4T of mayonnaise, 4T of salt, 1 Cheddar cheese
Add it and mix it well.
※ Continue to turn off the heat and melt the cheese with residual heat!
7. Add sliced cucumber onion and crab sticks and mix well. Add 1T of pickles to complete egg cloud salad!
8. Divide the morning bread in half, put jam on it, and add egg cloud salad!
※ Apply jam to your taste!
