This tape haunts me

The reason why this tape haunts me is because it was the last thing a certain family member got for me independently (had to drive themself to the mailroom to get it) prior to going into cardiac arrest. Yes, they survived, but this tape still gives me bad flashbacks, hence how it haunts me.
