Wesley Foreman and the Irish Stew

1 1/2 pounds lamb stew meat (or pork if lamb is unavailable)
1 pound white baby potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
1 pound carrots, peeled and cut on the bias
1 yellow or white onion, peeled and cut into large chunks
1 to 2 garlic cloves (depends on your appreciation of garlic)
2 teaspoons steak seasoning blend
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 oz tomato paste
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup water
4 oz stout beer

1) Cut pork and potatoes into bite sized pieces and add to slow cooker along with carrots cut on the bias.
2) Peel and dice onion and mince the garlic and add to slow cooker
3) Add seasonings and beef broth.
4) Whisk flour with and equal amount of water until smooth and add to slow cooker.
5) Add beer.
6) Stir to combine well.
7) Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

Eat and enjoy.
