1.Printer dalam keadaan mati, kabel
1.Printer dalam keadaan mati, kabel power terpasang, dan kabel data bisa terpasang di komputer dan bisa juga tidak.
2.Tekan dan tahan tombol Reset
3.Masih menahan tombol Reset, Tekan dan Tahan tombol Power maka lampu power akan menyala
4.Masih dalam keadaan menahan kedua tombol, lepaskan tombol Reset dan tombol Power jangan di lepas
5.Masih menekan tombol Power, tekan tombol Reset 2 kali
6.Lepaskan kedua tombol, maka printer sudah dalam keadaan Service Mode ditandai dengan angka nol pada layar printer.

2. Press and hold the Reset button
3. Still hold the Reset button, Press and Hold the Power button then the power light will turn on
4. Still in a state of holding both buttons, release the Reset button and the Power button does not release
5. Still pressing the Power button, press the Reset button 2 times
6. Release the two buttons, then the printer is in a Service Mode state marked with zeros on the printer screen.
