Recipe no 1:
Finely chopped spring onion (Kanda paat)
2 tbsp oil
½ tsp mustard seeds (mohari)
½ tsp cumin seeds (Jeera)
3 green chilies
¼ tsp Haldi powder
½ Katori moong dal
¼ tsp red chili powder
Salt as per taste
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Recipe no 2:
Finely chopped spring onion (Kanda pat)
2 tbsp oil
½ tsp Mustard seeds (Mohari)
½ tsp Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1 tsp coarse garlic paste
3 green chilies
¼ tsp Haldi powder
½ tsp red chili powder
Salt as per taste
Finely chopped coriander leaves
4 tbsp besan (gram flour)
Recipe No 3:
1 ½ tsp oil
½ tsp Mustard seeds (Mohari)
½ tsp Cumin seeds (Jeera)
2 green chilies
¼ tsp Haldi powder
½ tsp red chili powder
Salt as per taste
5 tbsp crushed peanut powder (shengadana kut)
Hot water as per consistency
Finely chopped coriander leaves
For tadka:
1 tsp oil
6 garlic coarse paste
