Starting fresh in the new
Starting fresh in the new year with a slow build over the next 3 months. We are going to be coming from zero miles a week, and building over 3 months to see how fit we can get. Coming back from an injury isn't easy, but i'm here every step of the way to document that road and the slow build back to fitness.
