Sweet and aromatic, the rolls are sprinkled with brown sugar and chopped nuts, giving them a slight crunch and nutty note. Thanks to the simple recipe and step-by-step instructions, everyone can make them, even beginners. Perfect for a leisurely breakfast or a friendly coffee chat. Enjoy them warm, fresh from the oven, with butter or your favorite jam. Recipe: 450-500 g wheat flour (4 cups). 2 tablespoons sugar (2 tablespoons). 13 g fresh yeast (1/2 oz). 250 ml warm milk (1 glass). 1 egg + 1 egg yolk. 50 ml vegetable oil (5 tablespoons). 5-6 g salt (1/2 teaspoon). For the filling: 50g butter (11/2 oz). 150g nuts. 3 tablespoons brown sugar (3 tablespoons). Knead the dough and let it rest for 50-60 minutes. Shape the buns as shown in the video. Brush with egg mixture. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20-25 minutes. Form the sweet bread from the remaining dough. Brush with egg mixture. Sprinkle with remaining brown sugar and nuts.
