this tip is my favorite tip in base walk in command and conquer red alert 2 yuri's revenge because this tip I always use it to save my stretch factories to survive all superweapons attack and stretch my base with less building. as you can see from the demonstration it takes me fewer factories to build in X pattern then + pattern so when you trying to build in red alert 2 in pro match always try to stretch your base in X pattern because pro gameplay in red alert 2 yuris revenge needs every small detail to win your opponent
TIP 3
this pro tip is very effective to attack enemy units close to your building so you trying to build defense like bill box, sentry gun, tesla, and prism tower to distract your enemy units with this defense and bring your tanks to attack his tanks to kill all his units in a matter of seconds.
TIP 4
this is the most sneaky play you can do in a running situation or direct attack so what you try to do is distract him by splitting your tanks and sending it in a different direction to confuse him and to evaluate his time because his iron curtain will be end soon so he should pick a side because if he didn't attack your tank instead attack the factories he will waste his iron curtain because you can sneak to his base and destroy his factories too. most pros know this trick so what they do they split their tanks too same as you did so try to not only split your tank try to split and attack to distract him even more white you protect yourself if he destroyed all your tanks.

this is one of the best tricks to avoid losing your tanks and miners by chronosphere so what you trying to do is select all your grouped tanks and press X on your keyboard so this key in red alert 2 yuri's revenge will separate your tanks and make them goes to a different direction to not make the chronosphere killing them by chronosphere your units on hill or water or on top other units
TIP 6
this tip is very common in attacking situations and your enemy has an iron curtain and you are weaker than him so when he is trying to be close to your base so what you doing you try to harras his units to make him activate the iron curtain and pull your tanks away so he has two choices to chase down your tanks or killing factories so you guess it he will destroy factories so what you doing you sale your factories that he attacks before he destroys it to make him lose time and waste his iron curtain
TIP 7
this is a rare trick is used in a small number of tanks is you build a wall in front of the building that has a good amount of health as I mentioned at the end of the clip so you build a wall in front of the attacking tank to stop the tank attack easy trick :)
TIP 8
this tip is about stretching your base toward the corner of the map because your base will be more protected because it is similar to riding in the back of a taxi there is a difference between the guy sitting in the middle and you in the corner near the door means fewer areas of potential attacks your base
and try to block the tunnels, channels toward your base because if you don't block it by base walk toward these areas you will be hammered from two sides
