Today I bring you spicy fish cake kimbap (Gimbap), which is really really tasty! The most important part of making kimbap (Gimbap) is making delicious rice, which is ‘bap’ in Korean.
Rice we normally use when making kimbap or sushi is actually not so fresh cropped one, but that is the reason why it goes so well with the other ingredients! If you have rice that has been cropped at the beginning of 2020 or older, it would be a great way to use it up now, which is almost at the end of 2020. It would be meaningful.
Now let’s make some delicious kimbap (Gimbap) together!

오늘은 정말정말 맛있는 매운 어묵 김밥을 들고왔어요!
김밥에서 가장 중요한것은 밥을 짓는데에 있어요. 초밥이나 김밥을 쌀 때 사용하는 쌀은 햅쌀이 아닌 퍼석퍼석한 묵은쌀로 만들어서 재료들과 잘 어울린답니다. 2020년이 다 지나가는데 집에 2020년 초에 도정한 묵은쌀 있죠?
이제 묵은 해를 보내주는 의미로 묵은 쌀도 김밥으로 싸~악 정리해 보는건 어떤가요? 그럼, 맛있는 냄비밥 짓는 방법과 함께 김밥 만들기, 또저~~언!! 😎

❤ Ingredients (5-6 Rice Rolls) ❤
▣ 7 pieces of Fish Cakes
► 2Tbsp Soy Sauce
► 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
► 1Tbsp Mirin or Water
► 1 tsp Sugar
► 2-3Tbsp Korean Chili Powder
► 3 Tbsp Corn Syrup
▣ 5 Egg
▣ 2 Cups of Short Grain White Rice (Sticky Rice) + 2 Cups of Water + 2/3 tsp Salt + 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
▣ 1 large bunches of spinach with stems, about 1/2 pound
▣ Fully Cooked Ham
▣ Korean Pickled Radish (Dan-Moo-Ji)
▣ 1 pound Carrots (shredded)
▣ Toasted Sesame Oil
▣ Toasted Sesame (Crushed)
▣ Salt
▣ 15 pieces of Toasted Seaweed papers

► 1 tsp 굴소스
► 1Tbsp 미림 또는 물
► 1 tsp 설탕
► 2-3Tbsp 고춧가루
