A farmer from the region made the switch from a pig farmer to a shrimp farmer. Regional marketing is already underway through Rewe supermarkets. A model that can set a precedent? Scientists are already planning the shrimp revolution and want to build an entire industry in this country. Will the former pig farmer become a trendsetter?
