LONGNOSE GAR!! {Catch Clean Cook}

Bowfishing in a creek for gar is something I grew up doing. I decided to go give it a try before all the rain hit our are. We ended up only shooting two gar but luckily we shot a decent sized one that was worth cleaning. We loaded him up and took him to the house to see what it would taste like.
