In this video I show the updated results of my speed test with ExpressVPN and give my opinion of it as a long time user of ExpressVPN.
How's it going, everybody? Welcome back. And today, I want to show you guys just the latest speed test for ExpressVPN. And how it is doing today haven't done these in a while. So I'm going to go ahead and just do the speed test kind of updated speed test. So, for begin, if you're interested in kind of learning more about ExpressVPN, generally with regards to the privacy policy, speech, streaming, torrenting capabilities and security features, and as well as links to pricing discounts, you'll find all that in description below. Okay, so my base speed is nothing that's too impressive. The upload is simply not bad. And the download is downright terrible. So with Express VPN, I hope that I was hoping at least, that my speed wouldn't really go below, let's say 40% 30 40%. You know, anything between 10 and 30 35% is generally pretty good. ExpressVPN tends to excel, specifically when it comes to connecting to faraway servers. So even with farther servers, you should not have much of a problem with ExpressVPN. You won't be seeing any of the 50 60% dips in speed, definitely not. Okay, so I am near the European region. And so I this is my base speed and connecting to Milan, Italy, I got 4.8 megabits per second here, which is a 12 point 38% decrease in speed. So this is pretty good so far. And then with London for some reason, I got three point 25 megabits per second download speed, which is just over 40%. So that's not too good. Okay, that's not it's it's not bad, but it's not that great. Four point 11 with the New York server, so now much farther server and we're at 26%. a dip, and now connecting to Japan, surprisingly enough, we got a great speed here. So Tokyo, as you can tell here, that was also actually now I have to 5.08 That would be probably one of the better. So 8.7%. So yeah, there are some inconsistencies. For example, with the London server, I was a bit surprised. But it could have just been the server that I got connected to. And yeah, that was just not the best time for that server. Or maybe it was a bit busy or congested. So yeah, it could be otherwise the other speeds are pretty good, you know, kept it between 10 and 25% 26%. Very good overall, not bad, not as fast as Nord links. But still ExpressVPN is still one of the quickest. Anyways, if you're looking to learn more about Express VPN, if under full review down below, you know, you've got over 3000 servers in 94 countries and it's just a great VPN overall for streaming and security and just torrenting whatever it is that you're trying to do with a VPN ExpressVPN usually makes everything super easy and very efficient.
