An interview Tom Lawrence, the founder of Lawrence Technology Services regarding how he started his IT business, and how he got where he is today. Tom is a popular YouTube figure who has been running an IT/MSP business for twenty years, based in Detroit, Michigan.
Tom is interviewed by Sam Sheridan from Sheridan Computers, an IT services/MSP business based in Manchester, UK. Sam as also been running a successful IT company for over twenty years.
I dive in to how he got started, the challenges in the beginning and how he grew his business to become the successful entrepreneur he is today. Topics discussed include methods used to increase business growth and growing a successful customer base, flexible working for staff, how the pandemic affected things and what he has planned for the future.
