Clearance Trouble in St. Simons Island

Beckey and I were returning from St. Simons Island on a low overcast day - and needed our instrument clearance from ATC before take-off. Piece of cake, right? On this day, we had to pry it out of Jacksonville Center. See for yourself in this video.
