Oats poha| ఆరోగ్యకరమైన అల్పాహారం ఓట్స్ పోహా/ఉప్మా| Nutritious Breakfast| Weight loss Diet food

Oats poha recipe :
Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1tsp
Curry leaves - 5-6
Green chilli - 2-3
Onion - 1
Saute it for 2 mins
Carrot grated
French beans
Green peas
Fry it for 2-3 mins
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
salt as per your taste
Oats - 1 cup
Sprinkle water in intervals upto 1/4th cup
Cook it for few mins on low flame
Add lemon juice and coriander leaves
Turn off the flame
Add coriander leaves
Serve hot to your family members
