Dirty 30 Workout
Perform each exercise for 30 reps one after the other with little to no rest in between. Make sure you complete all 30 reps before moving onto the next exercise.

1.     Jump Squats – 30 reps
2.     Push Ups – 30 reps
3.     DB Skier Swings – 30 reps
4.     Loaded Abs Windshield Wipers – 30 reps
5.     DB Clean and Press – 30 reps
6.     Mountain Climbers – 30 reps per side
7.     Bent Over Rows – 30 reps
8.     DB Lunge – 30 reps total
9.     Alternating DB Snatches – 30 reps total
10.  Burpees – 30 reps
