How to lift and tighten your face to be firm, reduce wrinkles without surgery.

Facial exercises are just as important with exercise to get a better shape.

Today we have the facial exercise to lift and tighten the face to look younger.

Fix Sagging Skin and cheeks, reduce the Nasolabial folds, Marionette lines, bulldogs cheek, Lip Lines and Neck lines.

Step 1
Make an O mouth. Place your fingertips under the cheekbones. Lift your cheekbones, do 20 seconds.


Step 2
Place the palm on the temples, push them up, and do the O mouth for 30 seconds.


Step 3
Smile, keep your lips inward, hands on the corners of your mouth, lift your cheeks for 20 seconds.


Step 4
Blow air into the mouth, move it up above the lips. Bend your index finger to press around your upper lip. Hold for 20 seconds.


Step 5
Insert the index finger and middle finger into the lips, pushing the inside of the cheek for 20 seconds.




Step 6
Put your thumb in your mouth and bend your index finger to press the skin under your nose and drag it down for 20 seconds.
Put your thumb in your mouth and bend your index finger to press the nasolabial fold and drag it down for 20 seconds.


Step 7
Place your fingertips on the tip of your chin.
Bend your head and push your fingertips up to the corner of your mouth with open mouth doing 20 times.


Step 8
Place your hands on your collarbone and look up. Move your lower mouth up. Do 20 seconds.
Tilt your neck to the right and hold for 20 seconds.
Tilt your neck to the left and hold for 20 seconds.


Finished. Do it regularly once a day.


Should do it for 14 days in a row to see the results clearly.
