After qualifying #CSS2008, Ms. Fareena Arshad is currently serving as Director UN of the Foreign Ministry of Pakistan. She graduated with environmental engineering & MBA. Ms. Fareena has served in France, Switzerland, and Bangladesh. She is from the 37th Common batch of Pakistan Civil Services.
