-1 tsp. Lavender Essential Oil
Bath Salt Soak
-1 cup of Sea Salt (fine or coarse)
-1/2 cup Himalayan Sea Salt (fine or coarse)
-1/2 cup Epsom Salt (fine or coarse)
-10-15 drops of Lavender Oil
-1/3 cup Rose Buds
-1/3 cup Lavender Buds
Herbal Body Oil
-10-15 Rose Buds
-4 oz. Grapeseed Oil
-3 oz. Almond Oil
