Note : In ancient Ayurveda there is no mention of adding gold or silver in Chyawanprash but Nityanandam Shree talked about that because many of pharmacies are promoting their chyawanprash with that slogan of sona and chandi (Silver & Gold) so if you get something like that then always prefer silver if your prakruti is hot & choose Gold if your prakruti is Cool.
