I could eat this vegetable dish every day!
Ingredients:
Thin-skinned pepper (I use Charleston) – 1/2 – 1 kg.
Tomatoes (choose sweet ones) – 600-800 gr.
Onions – 1-2 pieces (200 g)
Garlic – 3 cloves
Black pepper
1/3 teaspoon salt (to your taste)
Oil for sauce 40-50 ml.
Oil for frying peppers.
