Welcome to MJ's Kitchen,
& today's recipe is Pizza Muffins.
can make these muffins as a snack,
for tea time & for kid's lunch box.
I'll teach you to bake these muffins in oven & on stove.
let's start baking pizza muffins.
to make pizza muffins we need:
2 cup Flour,
1 cup Chicken (Boiled & shredded),
1 small Onion (cut in cubes),
1 small Capsicum (cut in cubes),
2 Eggs,
½ cup Cheddar Cheese,
4 tbsp Oil,
¼ tsp Baking Soda,
2 tsp Baking Powder,
1 tsp Salt,
1 tsp Oregano,
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes,
1 tsp Black Pepper,
3 tbsp Olives,
1 cup Butter Milk,
to make butter milk I added 1 tbsp Vinegar in 1 cup Milk
Method:
- Add eggs, butter milk, oil, baking powder, baking soda, black pepper, red pepper flakes, salt, oregano & cheese in a mixing bowl.
- Beat these all first.
- Now add flour, beat it again.
- Add chicken, Olives, Capsicum & Onion.
- Mix these all.
- Transfer the batter to muffin tray greased with oil.
- 12~15 muffins can be made with this quantity of batter
- Put a stand in pot, put muffin tray on the stand.
- cover & let it bake for 25~30 minutes at medium to low flame.
- If you have the oven can bake in it.
- Set temp to 180° & only bottom heat is on.
- & set the timer for 30 minutes.
