Round Ruins In The Woods - Bristol PA

Many of us who frequently travel on Newportville Road near the I-95 overpass, have no doubt caught a glimpse of this mysterious round building in the woods between the road and Neshaminy Creek. After much time I have finally decided to get an up close look at this building and I am asking for any info that anyone might have about it.
