Ingredients:

crust:

200g graham crackers,crushed
1 stick butter/margarine,melted
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

Ice cream:

113g cream cheese,softened at room temp.
1 cup evaporated milk, chilled overnight
1/2 cup condensed milk,chilled overnight
1 cup sweet mangoes,pureed(more if needed)
1-2 tsp yellow food color(optional)
370ml all purpose cream, chilled overnight

Procedure:

1) Crust: In a bowl combine grahams, butter, brown sugar and cinnamon powder
2) Press graham mixture onto the container and pack it tightly
3) Cover and chill for 30min.or until ready to use
4) Ice cream: Cream softened cream cheese
5) Add evaporated milk, condensed milk and sweet mangoes, yellow food color.Mix it well
6) Whip all purpose cream on high speed until doubled in size.
7) Gradually add the mango mixture and mix it well
8) Pour mango mixture onto the crust
9) Cover and freeze overnight
10)Add decorations/toppings
