Here we will have Understanding a Register with Independent Control Load and Clear.
In the discussion about registers in digital logic design, we discussed that a register will have a clock input.
But the problem with the clock input is the input will change very frequently which is undesirable.
For that to avoid we have indepant control called load.
There is another independent control input to clear all the values in the register.
