Adding an Early Payment Discount Message to Xero Invoices, Using FullSpeed

Here's a quick way to add a message to the bottom of an invoice for early payment discounts. Instead of just saying "5% discount if paid in 10 days" a FullSpeed macro can prevent confusion and math mistakes by showing the exact amount of the discounted payment, and the deadline date for the customer to capture the discount, for example "Pay just $123.45 if paid by November 15, 2014".


This is one of many spreadsheet-based capabilities FullSpeed adds to cloud-based accounting systems like Xero and QuickBooks Online, plus some native Windows applications such as QuickBooks desktop editions.
