As I re-embark on my #healthyhairjourney, I wanted to share with you the importance of lining your caps with satin. It's super effective in protecting your kinky/curly hair and your hairstyle. I especially need to do it because I have #4b4chair which is a bit more fragile. I also wanted to share with you how I personally go about doing it whilst also shedding some light on the relief efforts taking place in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines following the recent eruption of the #LaSoufriereVolcano. The Carnival Mas Band, #MirageProductions, as well as others have been doing an incredible job in assisting those affected. This video is also my way I telling them thank you for their hard work.
