Petite Filet Mignon with Homemade Texas Roadhouse Seasoning

Seasoning:
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric

We grill our steaks on a hot grill for 4 - 4 1/2 minutes each side.  Then cover with aluminum foil for 5 minutes to let it rest.  We like our steaks about medium, so adjust the time to however you like your steaks cooked!
