Scarborough Railway Station, North Yorkshire, England

Open in 1845 by the York and North Midland Railway Scarborough Station still has lines to York and to Kingston-on-Hull via Filey, Bridlington and Driffield. Lines to Whitby and Pickering have closed however around 900,000 passenger journeys per year use the station. It's claim to fame is the World's longest station seat on Platform 1.
